About
I am a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. I received my Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from HKUST in 2024, and my M.Eng. and B.Eng. degrees from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
My research develops multiscale and AI-assisted models for energy storage and conversion systems, with a focus on heat and mass transport in fuel cells, batteries, and water electrolyzers. I am particularly interested in connecting pore-scale structure, transport physics, and data-driven optimization to guide high-performance electrochemical devices.
My work has appeared in journals including Nature Communications, Science Bulletin, ACS Energy Letters, Applied Energy, and International Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer.
